At Peak Performance, our goal is to help accountants and their clients develop Peak Performing businesses, giving them choice and control over their finances, time and lives. We realise it's easy for us to say that, but rest assured - our focus is on delivery, for you and for your clients.

Our model is not a get-rich-quick scheme. Why? Because life isn't like that, is it?

We have found over the years that successful businesses are built, combining fantastic customer service, world-beating processes and attention to detail.

So that's what we do at Peak Performance.

We want all our accountants to be successful, because if you're successful so will be your clients and together we build a virtuous circle. We do that by encouraging a family feel to Peak (we have no desire to be the biggest network going); by focusing our attention on helping you build long-term income streams outwith the normal compliance stuff; by taking as little front-end income as possible and with a real focus on implementation.

We believe that clients trust their accountants with good reason - because they know their accountant will try to help them.

The same thing goes for Peak Performance - we want to help you. No, really, we DO want to help you. Why? Quite simply because we recognise that the best way for you to help clients is for YOU to have a fantastic business! So we help you confront the reality of your practice (and it may already be excellent!) and, if you want the help, we make sure you progress to where you want to be. That means we introduce accountability, and to do that we need to earn your trust. Now we understand sometimes that takes time, but in the meantime here are some quotes from members that might help you along the way...

On Bootcamp

"It was the best decision we've ever made, to attend bootcamp" - Chris Swinton, Swinton & Co.

On overseas conference

"Fantastic event - thanks a million!" - Roy Coles, Roy Coles Accounting

"The whole thing was superb - I had a great time. Business content was great and I learned so much from the breakout sessions" - Ian McMonagle, Russell & Russell

"How can you improve on 'perfect'?" - Bridget O'Donnell, O'Donnell & Co

"The whole experience was absolutely fabulous" - Carol Currie, Craig Cleland

On Peak Performance generally

"That's what I call "adding value"! Congratulations to everyone at Peak" - Peter Cox, Thomas Cox & Co

"Love the family feeling, and the networking" - Phill Dann, Dean Statham

People refer to us a lot as "The Peak family", and this is something we want to cultivate among members - a feeling of belonging to a family. At the overseas conference, a guest asked one of the staff what sort of family event we were attending. When told we were a business conference, the guest couldn't believe how well we all got on - that's something we strive for!

So now you may be thinking "I'm interested, but this will cost a bomb..."? Well, no! When we said we want to build long-term relationships, we mean it. When we said we focus on back-end income, we mean it, so we'll only expect you to pay for this practice improvement from profit improvement and when cashflow allows. That just feels right.

So we do things a bit differently at Peak - when we say we'll help you implement, we really will help you implement, by giving you access to robust processes and fantastic people who can help because they've already done it in their own practice!

If that sounds like the sort of support you'd like, give us a call to find out more.
